1. Power Options 🔋

SugarFur LED products use one of two power systems, depending on the style. Always refer to your specific item before connecting power.

External Power Styles (Most Coats & Vests)

These styles are powered through a connector located inside an inner pocket and require an external power source.

• AA Battery Pack
Use AA batteries in the included battery holder.

For AA battery packs, use standard alkaline AA batteries only. Other battery types are not supported

• USB Power Bank (Recommended)
For longer runtime, especially at festivals or extended events, we recommend using a high-quality USB power bank.

Battery packs and power banks vary by brand and quality. SugarFur is not responsible for performance, compatibility, or issues related to third-party power sources.

Rechargeable Styles (Select Scarves, Hats & Umbrellas)

Some SugarFur products include a built-in rechargeable battery.

• Charge using the included USB-C charging cable only
• Fully charge before first use
• Do not overcharge or leave charging unattended
• Do not attempt to remove, modify, or replace the internal battery

2. How to Power On 🔌

For externally powered styles:

1. Locate the inner pocket containing the LED power connector

2. Plug the connector into your chosen power source

3. Turn the power source on. The lights should illuminate immediately

For rechargeable styles:

1. Ensure the product is fully charged

2. Press the built-in power button to activate the lights

If the lights do not turn on, disconnect power and check all connections before attempting reuse.

3. Ways to Control Your Lights 🎛️

Control options vary by product and may include:

• Mobile App
Download the “Zengge” app and connect via Bluetooth to access color customization, brightness adjustments, and animated modes. This app is operated by a third party and functionality may vary by device or software updates.

• Remote Control
Allows quick changes to colors and modes without using your phone.

• Built-In Button
Located on the product or inside an inner pocket. Press to cycle through preset colors and effects.

Some lighting modes may respond to nearby remotes unless adjusted in the app.

4. Wearing & Care Instructions ❤️

To protect both the product and internal electronics:

• Not Waterproof
All SugarFur LED products contain electronic components and are not waterproof or water-resistant. Avoid rain, snow, fog machines, spills, puddles, or moisture of any kind.

• Handle Gently
Do not pull, bend, crush, or stretch internal LED wiring or components.

• Cleaning
Spot clean only. Always power off and disconnect or remove any power source before cleaning.
Do not machine wash, submerge, soak, dry clean, or steam.

• Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Never store while powered on or connected to a power source.

5. Safety Information ⚠️

• Do not sleep, nap, or lie down in the product while powered on
• Keep away from open flames, extreme heat, or high-impact activity
• Do not wear during intense physical activity or in hazardous environments
• Discontinue use immediately if overheating, unusual odors, loose wiring, or damage occurs
