Three quick steps to send something back — plus everything you'll want to know about fees before you do. 💕
✅ First — is your item eligible?
Quick checklist before you start:
- Delivered within the last 30 days (U.S. orders only — international orders are final sale)
- Unworn, unwashed, and odor-free, with all tags, liners, and packaging intact
- LEDs untouched — AA pull-tab still intact, or USB-C port showing no signs of charging
- Not final sale (items discounted 30%+ or custom pieces)
All good? Keep reading. Something arrived damaged or defective? Skip the fees entirely — email us photos within 48 hours (transit damage) or 7 days (defects) and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
💰 Know before you ship
- Refund to original payment: 15% restocking fee per item, deducted from your refund. Every return gets re-steamed, re-fluffed, LED-tested, and repackaged — the fee covers that care.
- Exchange for a new size or color: No restocking fee. We even cover shipping on the replacement.
- Store credit: No restocking fee, no deductions — full value back as a digital gift card that never expires. ✨
- Return shipping: You choose your carrier and cover the label for any option. We recommend tracking — we can't process what we can't confirm arrived.
- Original shipping: Non-refundable if you paid for shipping at checkout.
Translation: refunds cost you 15%, exchanges and store credit cost you nothing but the return label. Choose wisely, glowgetter. 😉

Fill out the form below — or email hello@sugarfur.com with your order number, item(s), and whether you'd like a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Get your approval + return address
We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your return authorization and the address to ship to. Please don't send anything back before this — unapproved returns may be refused.
Ship it back with tracking
Pack it up safe and send it with a tracked service. Once it arrives, refunds process within 10 business days; exchanges ship as soon as we check your item in.
