If you placed a pre-order, your piece is currently in production or final preparation.

SugarFur pre-orders are made in small batches and require hands-on assembly, quality checks, and careful packaging. Because of this, pre-orders take time — and that timeline is shared on the product page at the time of purchase.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging. Contact us at hello@sugarfur.com to initiate a return.

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping (2-3 business days) and overnight shipping are also available at checkout. Orders ship from Los Angeles, CA.

Remove the battery pack before cleaning. Spot clean with a damp cloth or dry clean only. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Our rechargeable battery packs last 6-8 hours on a single charge. Charging takes approximately 2 hours via the included USB-C cable.

Yes! All SugarFur products are 100% cruelty-free. We use premium faux fur that is ethically sourced and vegan-friendly.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Yes,  we’re actively working on new styles.

SugarFur has a long-term vision that goes far beyond just a few coat designs. We’re currently developing more men’s styles, longer women’s silhouettes, and more fashion-forward pieces, while also focusing on keeping our existing designs available.

Because each SugarFur piece requires significant hands-on work, we carefully balance new development with maintaining quality and availability of current styles.
