🕐 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During new launches, sales, or busy festival seasons, processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you posted.


📦 U.S. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout if you need your glow sooner. 🌟


📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation.


📸 Damaged in Transit?

We pack every order carefully — but if something arrives wrong, just send a clear photo to hello@sugarfur.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right. No need to ship anything back — we just need to see what happened.


🔍 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, SugarFur is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If this happens, please contact your carrier directly to file a claim — we'll provide any documentation we can to support you.


⏳ Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out to us at hello@sugarfur.com and we'll do everything we can to help.

✨ Customs, Duties & Taxes — Please Read Before You Order

We ship worldwide because the Fun Universe has no borders 🌍 — but we want to be upfront with our international glowgetters before you check out:

Import duties, customs fees, VAT/GST, and brokerage charges are the customer's responsibility. They are not included in your product price or shipping cost at checkout.

Here's what that actually means for you:

  • These charges are set by your country's customs authority, not by SugarFur. We don't collect them, we don't see them, and we can't predict the exact amount.
  • Your courier (DHL or UPS) will typically contact you to collect these fees before delivery. Paying promptly helps your package arrive faster.
  • If you're unsure what to expect, a quick search for "[your country] import duties on apparel" will usually give you a ballpark before you order.
  • Refusing a package to avoid duties doesn't cancel them — see our Refused or Undeliverable Packages section below.

SugarFur ships internationally to select countries via DHL Express and UPS. All international orders include full tracking, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your selected carrier and shipping speed. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Insurance

We offer optional shipping protection at checkout and strongly recommend purchasing it for all international orders. If you decline shipping insurance, SugarFur is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

International Returns & Exchanges

All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international shipments.

If your item arrives damaged and you purchased shipping insurance, please file a claim directly through the insurance provider listed at checkout.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@sugarfur.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the defect. We will review your claim and determine the best resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused at delivery — including refusal to pay import duties or taxes — or is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed customs clearance, or any other reason, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional fees. Refunds, if issued, will be minus the original shipping and handling costs, plus any duties or return fees incurred.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. SugarFur is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address corrections after an order has shipped may incur additional carrier fees.
